You are dining on a farm.

BRICK FARM BUTCHER is an extension of our kitchen, an extension of our pasture. Please stop in before or after your lunch or dinner and pickup something nice for your home. We can store your goods for you while you dine.

*When dining at the restaurant after 6PM, one of our staff can get you items from the shop.

  • Pick Your Own Chop

We do not believe in building walls at the Tavern. Rather, we strive to give you an immersive, relaxed on-farm experience. Our fresh butcher counter at the shop is an extension of our kitchen. Choose the exact, fabulous piece of meat raised on our pasture and we will cook it for you. We are not a full service butcher, we sell the cuts we raise right, the cuts we cook right.

  • We Grow. We smoke. We pickle.

Our Tavern kitchen is not just busy preparing splendid a la carte dishes. We preserve the harvest of our fields, creating artisanal provisions and goods for you to enjoy after the season is over. Think peach jam (from the Tavern’s own orchard), myriad of hot sauces made in our kitchen, house-made ketchups, sausages, even pasture-raised dog treats (to be enjoyed at our Dog Run). These all live at the Tavern Farm Shop.

  • Your Table

Before each service, we set our table meticulously, for you festive enjoyment. We understand that not every day is going out celebration. If we haven’t mentioned it yet, we are extremely proud of and respectful of our farm’s bounty. So, we don’t want it to be for special occasion only. We would love for you to take it home, to your table. Our line of masterfully cooked meals can be found at the Tavern Farm Shop. We don’t mind if you take some credit for them in front of your guests…
