DOUBLE BROOK FARM

We have fruits, vegetables and more coming from Double Brook Farm’s 37 acres. We employ organic practices. The farm is worked traditionally, all fruits and vegetables are hand harvested and brought to the chefs.

SWEET HOPEWELL FARM

In addition to growing organic alfalfa for our animals, our“in-house” produce farm is located in Hopewell, about a mile up the road from The Market. We grow beets, cucumbers, cabbage, garlic, onion, horseradish, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes and more using minimal equipment and no funny stuff. All is brought straight to the Tavern.

ROLLING HILLS FARM

John and Stephanie raise the best greens in New Jersey on their sustainably-run Lambertville farm. We get them fresh from the field a few miles down the road.

MARCHESE FAMILY FARM

Located on the Double Brook property, practicing organic, Andrew Marchese brings the best of his harvest to the Tavern kitchen.

FAIRGROWN FARM

James and Alex Klett grow produce literally down the block on Aunt Molly Road. In addition to what they bring to the market from their fields, they run an excellent cooperative program, working with the best New Jersey specialty produce and fruit growers. Think local mushrooms, flowers, peaches apples and more.

ZENG FARMS

All of us living in this area are so fortunate to have Tom Zeng grow a myriad of wonderful, gmo-free grains on his Ringoes farm. The farm provides healthy feed for our animals as well as specialty varieties for you to pick up at the market and cook at home. Tom’s einkorn has been a huge hit this season in our dishes and as a star in our Grain Bowl at Brick Farm Market.
