Welcome to Brick Farm Tavern, located on Double Brook Farm in bucolic Hopewell, NJ. Our farm takes a genuine approach to sustainable farming; raising and pasturing our animals – including pigs, sheep, chickens, turkeys, ducks and goats – on 800 acres in the Hopewell Valley.
The sheep and goats are 100% grass fed and the poultry and hogs supplement their forage with a GMO-free locally grown feed. Our beef is pastured exclusively for us by Thistle Creek Farm in Tyrone, PA and all of our meat is free of hormones and antibiotics.
Our farming community extends to several area growers that share our passion for providing only the finest and most sustainable vegetables, dairy, meat, fruits and foraged edibles to be found.
