The Brick Farm Tavern creates farm-to-table dining in a way few have experienced before. Whether you’re coming for cocktails at our bar or a special dinner in the dining room, you will appreciate the importance we place on our farming and artisan community.
The relationship with our partner farmers at Double Brook Farm in Hopewell is the cornerstone of our menu development. Additional proteins, vegetables and grains come from local area farms and specialty growers. Once here, guests will dine in the thoughtfully renovated original 1800’s farmhouse of the Double Brook land, which sits adjacent to the fields on which many of the animals have pastured.
Our beverage program is features curated wines, local craft beers and artisanal spirits, which are reflected in the seasonal cocktail menu. We have the unique distinction of having beer from on-premises brewer, Troon Brewing, on tap as well as spirits from on-premises distillery, Sourland Mountain Spirits.
We have worked hard to develop solid bonds with our farmers, our partner farms and local food artisans – their passion for what they do is evident in the quality of their products. Come see and, most importantly, taste the best that this region has to offer.
